Devyser UPD-15 relies on amplification of tetra nucleotide STR markers  for tracing the transmission of chromosome 15. Control STR markers on separate chromosomes facilitate exclusion of maternal cell contamination.

Devyser AZF - New kit for automated detection of Y-chromosomal microdeletions

Y chromosome microdeletions are the most common genetic cause of male infertility and screening for these microdeletions in azoospermic or severely oligospermic men is now standard practice in many infertility centres. 

The Devyser AZF kit includes detection of all loci recommended by the European Academy of Andrology (EAA) and the European Quality Monitoring Network Group (EMQN). Additional loci are included to facilitate diagnosis of rare deletions affecting only part of the AZF regions. 

Devyser AZF is CE-labelled for In-vitro diagnostic use.

In addition to ABI Thermal cyclers TC9600/9700/2720 and Eppendorf Mastercycler the Devyser® Complete kit has now been CE-labelled for the MJ Research/Bio-Rad PTC200 series. Devyser® Complete is the only commercial QF-PCR kit with CE-labelled protocols for the most common PCR instruments.
