Vi söker en biomedicinsk analytiker med PCR erfarenhet till vår produktions och QC avdelning.
Arbetsuppgifter
I arbetsuppgifterna ingår laborativt arbete i samband med tillverkning samt kvalitetskontroll av råvaror och färdiga produkter. Arbetet sker med stort individuellt ansvar för planering, utförande och dokumentation av arbetet. Under perioder kommer du även att arbeta i projekt tillsammans med vår utvecklingsavdelning vid överföring av produktprototyper till storskalig produktion.
Profil
Vi söker dig som är mycket noggrann, ansvarsfull och metodisk. Genom din positiva attityd har du lätt att samarbeta med andra. Du behärskar både det svenska och engelska språket i tal och skrift.
Krav
· Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med PCR teknik
· Legitimerad biomedicinsk analytiker eller motsvarande utbildning
Meriterande
· Tidigare erfarenhet från arbete i ett producerande företag, gärna från diagnostiksektorn
· Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med PCR-diagnostik
· Tidigare erfarenhet från arbete under kvalitetssystem (tex ISO/GMP)
· Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med kapillärelektrofores och NGS
Varaktighet/Arbetstid
Heltid. Tillsvidareanställning med sex månaders provanställning.

Snarast eller enligt överenskommelse.

Devyser AZF - New kit for automated detection of Y-chromosomal microdeletions
Y chromosome microdeletions are the most common genetic cause of male infertility and screening for these microdeletions in azoospermic or severely oligospermic men is now standard practice in many infertility centres.
The Devyser AZF kit includes detection of all loci recommended by the European Academy of Andrology (EAA) and the European Quality Monitoring Network Group (EMQN). Additional loci are included to facilitate diagnosis of rare deletions affecting only part of the AZF regions.
Devyser AZF is CE-labelled for In-vitro diagnostic use.
