Devyser Complete

Devyser Complete is a multiplex QF-PCR assay for diagnosis of the most common autosomal and sex chromosome aneuploidies. In addition to detecting Down, Edwards, Patau and Klinefelter syndromes, Devyser Complete includes a unique dedicated marker for detection of Turner syndrome.

The assay includes seven markers for each of chromosomes 13, 18, 21 and XY. Reagents are provided ready-to-use, pre-aliquoted or in bulk, to simplify assay set up and reduce the risk of contamination.

Devyser Complete has been validated for use with the most common PCR thermal cyclers and Genetic analyzers, including: ABI Prism® Genetic Analyzers (310, 3100, 3130 and 3700) and GE Healthcare/Amersham MegaBACE.

Analysis may be performed on minute amounts of genomic DNA extracted from amniotic fluid, CVS or blood.

Results may be obtained in less than five hours.
