GeneMarker - Advanced data analysis software that combines data analysis with sophisticated reporting functions
GeneMarker is designed to provide clinical and genetic researchers with a biologist-friendly genotyping tool that provides ease-of-use, high accuracy, flexibility and low acquisition cost. The basic operation of GeneMarker automatically corrects for most instrument and chemistry errors, such as saturated peaks, noisy data, wavelength bleed-through, instrument spikes, and stutter peaks. GeneMarker’s automated Run Wizard is designed to make repetitive analysis quick, easy, and accurate. GeneMarker’s Trisomy Detection function aids clinicians and researchers in analyzing QF-PCR products to detect aneuploidy. The software features new reporting options that follow best practice guidelines including: use of peak height or peak area ratios, and identification of peak ratios that are consistent with designated triallelic (trisomy) or intermediate (inconclusive) ranges. GeneMarker facilitates accurate, rapid analysis of data generated by Devyser QF-PCR kits and is compatible with genetic analyzers: ABI (Life Technologies), MegaBACE® (GE Healthcare), and CEQ (Beckman-Coulter).
