Devyser Compact

Devyser Compact is a multiplex, one-tube, QF-PCR assay for diagnosis of the most common autosomal and sex chromosome aneuploidies. In addition to detecting Down, Edwards, Patau and Klinefelter syndromes, Devyser Compact also includes Devyser's unique, dedicated marker for true detection of Turner syndrome.

The assay includes six markers for diagnosis of chromosome 21, five markers for chromosome 18, four markers for chromosome 13 and seven markers for chromosomes XY. Reagents are provided ready-to-use for simplified assay set up and reduced risk of contamination.

Devyser Compact has been validated for use with the most common PCR thermal cyclers and Genetic analyzers, including: ABI Prism® Genetic Analyzers (310, 3100, 3130 and 3700). Analysis may be performed on minute amounts of genomic DNA extracted from amniotic fluid, CVS or blood.

Results may be obtained in less than five hours.
